In 1994, But’one Information Corporation was established with the belief of “systematic function, integrated services, and geographical resources” and attracted the attention of the whole industry.
In 1998, But’one was the first IT Company to pass the certificate of ISO9001 in north western China.
In 2000, But’one restructured to become Co.Ltd. The company transformed from a regional company into a national company with strategy.
In 2002, But’one first approved by CMM3 assessment in north western China.
In 2003, But’one was the first IT Company to pass the level 1 qualification approval of computer system integration held by the Ministry of Information Industry in north western China.
In 2004, the A-Share of But’one was successfully listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange.
In 2005, But’one was named The Key Software Enterprise in National Plan
In 2006, But’one successfully completed the non-tradable shares reform
In 2007, But’one’s software products of “Coal Enterprise Integrated Management Information System” and “IES Collaborative Business Platform Applications" respectively won awards of the “2007 China’s Top 10 Software Products for Independent Innovation" and the “2007 China's Best Information Technology Solutions”.
